Privacy policy
This site is a static page. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and asks you for nothing. This policy explains the little data that does exist, and your rights over it.
Who is responsible
The controller of any personal data described here is GoServe OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17372160), Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you, deliberately. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, no embedded third-party content, and no cookie of any kind — so there is nothing to consent to.
Like any web server, ours records technical request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for security and to keep the service running. That is a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
If you email us
When you contact us we hold your email address and whatever you wrote, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep correspondence for 24 months after the last message unless we need it longer for a contract or a legal obligation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.
Where the data lives
Inside the European Union, on European hardware. This site and the GoServe platform run in EU data centres, and we do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU or EEA. Processors we rely on — hosting and email — act on our instructions under Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreements, and are themselves EU-based.
Private beta accounts
This policy covers the public website only. If you hold a private beta account, the data we process to run your apps, clusters, databases and billing is described in the terms and privacy notice you receive with your invitation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
We will update this page if what we collect changes — for example if we add analytics or open sign-ups. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
